In this class you will learn some on the basics leather craft as you make your own custom card holder wallet and key fob. Cate Kuzik of Ochre Lea will bring some of her signature marbled and silkscreened leather to cut, punch, and hand

sew your own fun coloured leather accessories.

PROJECT: Students will create a custom leather card wallet, from 4 designs to choose from plus a snap key fob with a wide variety of vegetable tan leather that has been silkscreened and marbled. Horizontal wallets are aprox 4.25 by 2.75, vertical wallets are 3.75 by 3". Key fobs are 3/4" or 1" wide with brass hardware.

DISCUSSION: We will discuss the basics of leather-craft, some of the tools required to get started and understanding various types/thicknesses of leather used in leather-craft while we cut, punch and sew our projects.

INCLUDED: All materials and tools are provided.

PREREQUISITE: None. This workshop is open to anyone that is curious about leather craft.
